Slow cooker recipes are a wonderful remedy to the food-prep blues. Here’s one of my go-tos when I’m tired of plain ol’ chicken and in the mood for something cozy.
Toss in slow cooker for 5hrs low:
•4 organic chkn breast
• 10oz green salsa
• 1 can organic tomato sauce
• 2 can organic kidney beans (rinse)
• 1tsp minced garlic
• S & P to taste…
