Regular and consistent fitness-focused food prep is admittedly formulaic. After all, how many ways can you have your chicken?! In an effort to combat this pervasive problem, I’ve added a new flavor to my “chicken in the instant-pot” collection. If curry and coconut are up your alley, read on and give it a try!!
Ingredients:
-3 organic chicken breasts
-1 can organic LITE coconut milk
-2-4 Tbsp curry powder
-salt to taste
(easy peasy) Method:
Put all ingredients into instant pot and cook 25min on meat/stew setting. Mix up (pull apart) Chicken once cooked.
