Egg Salad done Whole and Well

Sometimes a simple ingredient-tweak, modification, or substitution is all you need to make traditional recipes more digestively & nutritionally favorable!   The following is a satisfying spin on the classic egg salad:

1 dozen hard-boiled organic eggs (utilize only 6-8 of the yolks if you wish to slightly
reduce fat)  ·  1/2 cup of @chosenfoods avocado mayo ·  1 scoop @ancientnutr Ancient Nutrition Turmeric bone broth ·  salt, pepper, and white balsamic vinegar to taste

Toss over fresh spinach, add to a sandwich (hubby’s fav), or simply enjoy as is!!
