Baked or Broiled… best eat your Brussels!

I struggle to be consistent with my veggie consumption. Yes, that was a confession. But whenever I jump back on the brussels bandwagon, I wonder why I fell off in the first place. Below is my favorite way to prep and enjoy this high-protein veggie…

Preheat oven to 375°F (if baking), or set to high broil.  Cut Brussels into halves and toss into a ziplock bag with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.  Spread over foil, insides up, and roast to perfection?
